The grill basket is designed to flip over, allowing you to easily turn over your food for even cooking. The basket top holds food in place while flipping, and is easily adjustable for foods of varying thickness.

Two sets of legs at the base of the grill provide 360 degree support, allowing you to move the basket away from direct heat to let food rest if needed. This also allows the use of multiple baskets/attachments. 

The height of the basket above the fire can be adjusted quickly and holds in place by leveraged friction. The height can also be locked in place using the included thumb screw.
